I am writing a news journal to encourage my sisters and brothers in Christ. I published my first book called Bible Truth Warrior Daughter in Christ. You can find my book on Amazon, iTunes, Barnes and Noble and you can get them on e-book.

I’m a Relationship Coach, and These Are the Habits That Quietly Sabotage Love, I’ve Found

What to avoid if you want a healthy relationship.

Takeaways

  • Pick one relationship habit to work on today. Give that behavior the space and gentleness you need to rewrite that particular groove. Maybe it’s not assuming the worst when your date or your husband doesn’t text you back right away.
  • The changes you’re ready to make today are exactly what you need right now–and that’s enough through Yeshua’s guidance.
  • Eventually, the changes will add up, and you’ll have an entirely different set of habits that support healthier relationships in the Lord.

We’ve all had that moment in a relationship where it hits us: Wait, I’ve been here before... That sinking feeling of déjà vu, or I’ve been around this mountain before realizing you’re caught in the same relationship pattern just with a different person. That is right back to the codependent ways you walked away from before but here you are right back, What? Lord Help Me!

It’s not like we intentionally repeat these choices; instead, it’s more about how we unknowingly perpetuate deeply ingrained relationship habits that pull us back into the same cycles. From our family of origin and any destructive ways from other relationships.

Holding On to Fixed Narratives

“Bad” or unhelpful relationship habits often originate from beliefs and unresolved issues rooted in childhood. These experiences form the subconscious programming you tell yourself today, making it easy to see yourself through fixed lens.

Instead of getting stuck in that loop, try approaching your narrative with curiosity. By doing so, you open yourself to new perspectives and detach from your behaviors to see them as patterns not personal flaws to uncover meaningful insights. Through Yeshua’s scriptures, if we sit down and just read what He says we could learn so much.

For example, let’s say you’re typically drawn to partners who require constant support. Your usual story may focus on being a kind person, while the expanded interpretation highlights the deeper dynamic, perhaps the image of identifying as the “good” person. Letting go of the story frees you from seeking validation from the wrong people, allowing you to connect with the part of you that craves a balanced relationship where you aren’t always caretaking codependently. Getting our validation from Yeshua only, I have noticed doing that gives me confidence in myself but especially in Christ to guide me with my words.

Masking Your True Feelings

In my relationship coaching I’ve started a big theme is teaching women tools to regulate their emotions so they can express insecurities, hurt, pain, anger, and sadness without sweeping them under the rug.

When you’re in dysregulated emotional state, unhealthy habits surface. If you do it long enough, these habits become automatic. Some of these habits include dissociating, people pleasing, avoiding vulnerability, suppressing needs, and wearing a mask to deny who you are. While these behaviors provide temporary comfort, they also create a barrier to genuine connection. Over time, you may ignore red flags and attract people who have similar blocked emotional states.

But when you’re grounded and emotionally regulated, you’re able to make better relationship habits. You find the courage to speak the difficult yet essential truth. You learn to communicate directly. To start, practice being with your emotions as they come up. Notice where they’re located in your body and take the time to breathe and sit with them. Sit with Yeshua/Jesus by the river or in the woods. To sit and look and breathe His creation helps a lot. This act fosters emotional resilience, leading you to deeper intimacy with yourself and others.

Dwelling on Past Behaviors

When you’re in the midst of updating your self-concept, you’re peeling back layers of who you once were. It can be cringy, painful, and downright shameful to look at old behaviors. Oof, I can’t believe I did that. I really hurt that person. I didn’t respect myself back then. I wonder if people have judged me for my past actions when I didn’t know better.

It’s easy to beat yourself up. Please don’t. Studies show that self-compassion has consistently been linked to positive outcomes for mental health and well-being. Compassion has the capacity to extend forgiveness to all versions of yourself. Compassion recognizes your intrinsic worth beyond actions and past experiences. Compassion enables you to pick yourself back up and keep going.

By seeing yourself with grace, you create an internal safe space where you can grow. You can love your shadow and feel unconditional love, When you have your own back, with Yeshua holding you up you’ll feel braver to take the risk to do the more scary, vulnerable action that’ll yield healthier outcomes in the most Awesome ways.

Rushing Change

We’ve all been sold the myth of instant transformation. We set massive resolutions for New Year’s to reinvent ourselves overnight. We glamorize life-changing makeovers in the space of a one-hour TV show.

True change happens slowly, through a process called life transformation in Christ. Yeshua heals us slowly and changes us more like Him every day, once we give Him all of us.

How to Heal

Let me get into the arena and share how I’ve applied this approach in my personal life. I have a very unhealthy relationship habit of taking responsibility for other people’s feelings when they’re upset. A lot of this comes from being made to feel like things were my fault when I was growing up. It’s been a slow (and still ongoing) process, but I’m learning to:

  • Pause and check in with my body when I notice discomfort or tension
  • Identify and sit with uncomfortable emotions instead of pushing them aside via distraction
  • Slow down to not assume responsibility, and notice when I’m people-pleasing
  • Express my feelings about what’s going on even when it feels vulnerable or awkward
  • Trust others to share their perspective without assuming how they feel
  • Trust others to be able to handle their own emotions
  • Give myself permission to do what feels manageable at the moment
  • Honor my boundaries by recognizing when I’ve reached my limit and allowing time for recovery and detachment with my Lord.

Sure, I don’t always get it right. But I don’t need to land every action perfectly anymore. Being OK with making mistakes is growth! Being focused on self-acceptance versus self-improvement has made all the difference. When I spend time with Father God it really calms my heart and mind.

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Drains Millions of People, Emotionally and Physically

It’s normal to feel wiped out after a hectic week, a poor night sleep or a lingering cold. But for some people, exhaustion isn’t something that goes away after rest. It becomes a constant companion that can reshape everyday life.

These individuals may struggle to concentrate at work, keep up with social commitments or even find it difficult to perform basic tasks without feeling depleted. For them, fatigue isn’t simply tiredness; it’s a profound, body-wide shut down that doesn’t respond to coffee, naps or willpower. This often-misunderstood condition is known as chronic fatigue syndrome, a complex illness that researchers are only beginning to fully untangle.

What is chronic fatigue syndrome?

Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), also known as myalgia encephalomyelitis (ME), is a long-term, multisystem illness characterized by deep, persistent fatigue that is not improved by rest and is severe enough to interfere with daily activities. “The core of this illness manifests as a severe and incapacitating fatigue that lasts for over six months,” says Dr. Hector Bonilla, a clinical professor of medicine.

As many as 3.3 million people living in the United States struggle with the condition, according to the U.S Centers for disease, though many people aren’t diagnosed with it because CFS is often misunderstood or confused with other health issues.

Another difficulty in diagnosing is due to CFS symptoms overlapping with conditions such as depression, hyperthyroidism, fibromyalgia, anemia, autoimmune disorders, Hashimoto’s and sleep apnea. These other causes often also need to be ruled out. What’s more, there is no blood or biomarkers test for CFS, so clinicians have to rely on a detailed medical history for the patient, symptom pattern and pre-established clinical criteria.

The symptom of CFS, notes Dr. Bonilla, is “post-exertional malaise,” a delayed crash in energy and function that occurs after even minimal physical or mental activity. People describe this crash as feeling flu-like, heavy, cognitively foggy or completely depleted, often taking days or longer to recover. Other common symptoms of CFS include “dizziness, muscle and joint pain, poor sleep and memory problems,” explains Dr. Neha Vyas, a family medicine physician at Cleveland Clinic. “Sometimes we also see exercise intolerance and reduced peak oxygen consumption.”

Many patients also experience autonomic nervous system issues, such as rapid heartbeat when standing.

What causes chronic fatigue syndrome?

The exact cause of CFS remains unknown, but research increasingly points toward a combination of biological triggers and chronic dysregulation in multiple body systems. “Over 60% of patients refer to a past infectious process that triggered the illness,” Such infections commonly include Epstein-Barr virus, influenza or, more recently, COVID-19. “The herpes virus, enterovirus and retrovirus are other viruses that have been implicated in this condition.”

Such viruses and infections may contribute to CFS, Bonilla explains, by disrupting immune signaling, energy metabolism and autonomic nervous system function in ways that persist long after the initial illness resolves.

Genetic predisposition may also play a role, says Vyas, as research indicates that people with a family history of autoimmune or immune-related disorders may be at higher risk of developing CFS. Hormonal imbalances, particularly involving cortisol regulation, have been observed as well, though researchers are still determining whether these are causes or consequences of the condition.

Some people also develop CFS after physical trauma, significant stress or environmental exposures, suggesting other possible pathways for the condition’s development.

How is CFS treated?

There is currently no cure for CFS, but effective management can significantly improve quality of life. Because the condition varies widely, “treatment focuses on symptom management, improving sleep quality, coping with pain and cognitive symptoms and finding ways to boost daily functioning,” says Vyas.

Medical treatments may include medications to manage pain, sleep disturbances, dizziness or depression, as well as therapies for related conditions like POTS or allergies. Specifically, some patients benefit from low-dose antihistamines or targeted antiviral or immune-modulating treatments, though evidence varies and should be supervised by a specialist.

Cognitive support strategies such as memory aids or occupational therapy can also help with daily functioning. Nutrition guidance is common as well, notes Bonilla, including eating more whole foods, lean proteins and anti-inflammatory fruits and vegetables, while reducing processed foods and added sugars that may worsen inflammation or cause energy crashes.

At home, one of the most important interventions is pacing, Bonilla explains. This approach involves carefully tracking energy levels, recognizing early signs of overexertion and balancing rest with activity to avoid triggering crashes. Gentle stretching, hydration and sleep-stabilizing routines may also ease symptoms, though intense exercise is typically discouraged because it can worsen post-exertional malaise.

Many patients also find relief through praying to Yeshua, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques or support groups that provide emotional and practical guidance.

The Worst Things to Say to a Narcissist

Talking to a narcissist whose behavior is characterized by grandiosity, a constant need for admiration, and a lack of empathy is the ultimate example of navigating conversational landmines. Say the wrong thing, and they’ll likely get defensive, shift the blame onto you or someone else (anyone but themselves), and try to get even by inflicting emotional pain.

That’s especially true if you utter these words: “You’re not that special.”

There’s so much about that statement that’s so activating to a narcissist, it’s pointing out a flaw, which threatens their self-image. It not only challenges their own narrative and the way they view themselves, but the way they want to be seen. Plus, it triggers the terror of being ordinary, unseen, or emotionally insignificant.”

Here are other phrases to be wary of when speaking with a narcissist plus tips for better communication.

“No.”

One of a narcissist’s core characteristics is entitlement, and being deprived of something they feel they’re owed threatens their sense of superiority.

An Example: “At work, a narcissistic coworker asking you to do their report will lash out if you say ‘no, “Dr. Jones says. “You become the worst coworker ever.” Your colleague will loudly bemoan the fact that they have to do everything, and gripe about how they just asked for one little favor.

It would be better to word your response like this, he adds: “I can’t dedicate the time to it right now, and I don’t want to make you look bad.” Unlike a straightforward “no,” it “doesn’t outright threaten the narcissistic ego,” Dr. Jones says, increasing the chances of a more favorable outcome.

“You’re wrong.”

Granted, no one likes to be told they’re wrong. But it’s especially hard to hear to a narcissist because it challenges their sense of authority. It’s an accusation, which is going to bring up defensiveness right away. You’re implying that they’re doing something that isn’t correct, that they’re flawed, that they’re less than and that’s going to be really triggering to someone’s ego. As a result, they’ll likely launch into manipulation tactics, like gaslighting or stonewalling. from my experience.

“It’s so cute when you try to manipulate me.”

If you’re feeling sassy or you’ve simply had enough you might fire back at the narcissist in your life. Maybe you even add: “Keep trying! This is entertaining for me.” It can be exhausting to be on the defensive all the time. That’s when we need to pray and ask Yeshua/Jesus for His guidance and His discernment to know what to do next. With out putting yourself in their way. This can become a horrible codependent relationship. Please consider your physical but mostly your emotional health. Really would Yeshua want you to stay in a controlling and exhausting relationship. Because we think we deserve it. We don’t deserve it at all ladies and gents.

Pushing against a narcissist can put you in a dangerous position, The worst thing you can do is mock or laugh at them, and these words are both belittling and sarcastic. Anything that damages a narcissist’s ego makes them feel vulnerable, leading them to lash out and become more aggressive.

It’s better to act indifferent or not give any response at all, which is a strategy called “grey rocking” so named because it requires behaving like a dull, uninteresting rock so a narcissist leaves you alone. If they try to insult you, for example” you’re wearing that dress?” respond with something short and non-committal, like “Hmm. I like it.” Or if they tell you that you’re blowing a situation way out of proportion, you could reply: “Hmm. OK.” Or do what I did for years, I would ignore him or I would leave the room or the house for a few hours and sit with Yeshua. Yeshua always calmed me down.

“No one cares.”

Narcissists need to feel important, and these three words feed their fear of irrelevance. They need to associate with important people, and they need to be important themselves. If you make a comment like “no one cares,” you’re directly challenging their inflated sense of superiority, while withholding the attention and admiration they covet. That will set off a firestorm of defensiveness.

“Why can’t you just say sorry?”

On the surface, it seems like a simple, honest question. But to a narcissist, it’s a trap, both of which narcissists tend to avoid because they threaten their carefully constructed self-image. It demands emotional labor they aren’t willing or able to give, Instead of fostering repair, it usually leads to more conflict.”

What to say instead

When you’re talking to a narcissist, adjust your expectations accordingly: Your conversation partner probably lacks empathy, so you shouldn’t seek emotional validation, Instead, stay calm and detached, and don’t take their behavior personally getting a reaction out of you is exactly what they’re craving. You don’t want to fall into that trap,

Keep your tone neutral, which helps prevent the situation from escalating, and clearly state (and stick to) your boundaries. Otherwise, you’re negatively reinforcing their behavior, it’s also a good idea to avoid arguing over opinions or emotions which can be twisted and to stick to facts instead.

If you’re having trouble squeezing a word into the conversation, it can be helpful to say: “I hear that this matters a lot to you. Can we also make space for my experience?” It lowers their defensiveness instead of heightening it. “You’re saying to them, ‘I see you, I hear you,’ so they don’t feel attacked.”

You could also word it like this: “I respect your perspective, and I also have a different one I’d like to share.” The word “respect” can go a long way. Giving a little validation is really helpful to open their ears to hearing the second part of the sentence.

Phrases: “Let’s come back to this when we’re both more open to hearing each other.” When things are inflamed, it’s going to lead to a higher degree of defensiveness. “The more charged the situation is, the more deregulated people get, and then the louder these things become. Taking a break might allow it to deescalate enough for people’s intellect to sort of tap back online, so that it’s not just an emotional reaction.” To trust Yeshua to help you know how to respond instead of reacting. It helped me through years of suffering with a mother, ex-husbands and others in my life. I have learned to try to stay far away from people like that.

Resolving Arguments

Humans are social beings, and we are affected by our relationships with others. Arguing with the people close to us can really upset our equilibrium.

It is impossible to interact with others and not ever be irritated or opposed to what they are doing or saying. I am not suggesting that you should try to avoid conflict at all costs because pushing down our feelings to avoid upset isn’t a good strategy in the long run. It just leads to resentment and feelings of powerlessness. Instead, use these simple steps to argue effectively so both your needs get met and the issue is resolved in Yeshua’s name.

Steps to Remember When Dealing With Conflict.

Step 1. Stay Calm.

Before you try to discuss an issue make sure you are calm. If you are talking in an angry voice, being sarcastic or shouting, your listener is too busy defending themselves and probably getting angry right back at you to listen to what you are trying to say. Remember, we are not trying to beat them into submission with angry words, we want to get rid of the fight or argument!

You have probably heard of the Fight or Flight response. When we get angry (or worry or become anxious) adrenaline floods though our body to gear us up to either run away or fight.

You might notice:

• An increase in heart rate
• Your breathing speeds up
• Muscles feel tense
• You feel hot and maybe sweaty
• Butterflies or muscle tensing in your stomach
•
Very important * Your thoughts race so you can’t think straight

The way to reduce the effects of adrenaline by is taking a time out and do deep breathing. Basically, deep breathing and adrenaline can’t co-exist in the same body.

Remember no one can have a productive conversation when they are angry and worked up!

Step 2. Listen & Be Heard

Talk in a way that the other person can really hear you otherwise you might just as well talk to the wall. Also, even though you might think you are in the right, be prepared to listen and compromise.

One of the most useful techniques my marriage counselor told us to do is walk away to cool off and then come back together to try to talk it out. Then pray to Yeshua about it and trust He will help both of you to understand each other better. Depend on Yahweh totally.

A: When you are late home and don’t call me to let me know I worry that something has happened to you and feel angry that you don’t think I’m important enough to bother calling.

B: You want me to let you know where I am all the time and you worry when I am out of your sight.

A: No, I want you to call to let me know if you are running late when you know I am waiting for you as I don’t start other things or go out because I think you are going to be back any minute. When you are very late, I start imagining you are in an accident. Try to be respectful to one another.

B: When you are waiting for me and I am running late you would like me to call or text you so you can decide to do something else and not worry that something terrible has happened to me.

A: Yes.

Why is this step important? Arguments often go on and on, with no one listening to what the other is saying because we both want to be heard and the point gets lost. You can’t problem solve if you don’t really understand the problem.

Step 3. Problem Solving

Most relationship arguments are variations of the same old problem and because people never come up with a specific agreement of how to resolve anything, the same problem comes up again and again at different times.

So how do you problem solve? This technique is useful for relationship conflict but is also effective in working out a problem you might be wrestling with yourself.

Identify the problem

It doesn’t matter how silly a solution may sound, throw it in there, be creative and come up with as many experimental solutions you can between you. Next weed out the suggestions that neither of you are unwilling to try or are impractical. You will hopefully be left with 3 – 5 possible solutions.

Think of the likely outcome for each possible solution.

Here’s an example:

The Problem:

Both Suzy and Tom work outside of the home yet Suzy feels she has more responsibility for their children and is doing most of the chores inside the home too. This is making her tired, irritable and resentful. Tom argues he works longer hours and would love to see more of the kids, but his weekend is taken up with the yard, house and running the kids around to sports activities.

The Issue:

Tom & Suzy both feel overwhelmed, too busy, tired and cranky.

Possible Solutions:

They could hire a housekeeper to come twice a week and a landscaper for the yard.

They could cut back on the kids’ activities.

They could work less.

Tom could come home early to help more in the evenings.

They could order in a meal service.

The list could go on and on with many possibilities….

The goal of using these 3 steps is to propose a better way to deal with something that isn’t working for you now. It will usually involve a compromise to get to a solution where you both feel you are winning in some way.

By tackling disagreements in a good way though you can get rid of the fight rather than beating down on your loved one until only you “win”.

There are many other ways to improve relationships, but these 3 simple steps can help you resolve conflict without one person feeling they have given in to the other which in the end breeds resentment.

The steps work well with couples but are also effective with conflict issues between family members too. It can be simplified so even young children can understand the concepts. They are particularly useful for resolving parent/teen arguments as everyone wants to be heard and for their needs to be met.

             Have Courage in Yeshua

Courage is a quality every believer needs in their walk with God. Life brings challenges, trials, and moments of fear, but the Bible offers countless reminders that we can be strong and courageous through faith. This post will guide you through 40 powerful bible verses about courage to uplift your spirit and strengthen your heart.

What Does the Bible Say About Courage?

The Bible is rich with passages encouraging believers to be brave and strong. Courage, in a biblical sense, is not about the absence of fear but about standing firm in faith despite fear. Whether facing enemies, personal trials, or daunting tasks, God consistently calls His people to take heart, trust in Him, and move forward.

  • Joshua 1:9 is a foundational verse on this subject: “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”

Throughout Scripture, courage is often linked to God’s presence. When we know that God is with us, fear loses its grip, and faith rises within us. These verses will show that courage comes from trusting in God’s promises, relying on His strength, and standing firm in the face of adversity.

Here are 40 powerful bible verses about courage:

  1. Joshua 1:9 – “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”
  2. Deuteronomy 31:6 – “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”
  3. Isaiah 41:10 – “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God.”

  6. 1 Chronicles 28:20 – “Be strong and courageous and do the work. Do not be afraid or discouraged.”
  7. Psalm 31:24 – “Be strong and take heart, all you who hope in the Lord.”
  8. John 16:33 – “In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”
  9. Proverbs 3:5-6 – “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.”

How to Apply These Bible Verses About Courage in Your Life

Reading these bible verses about courage is just the beginning. Meditate on them daily, pray them over your situations, and memorize key scriptures that speak directly to your heart. The next time fear or doubt arises, declare God’s word boldly.

Remember that courage grows through small steps of obedience and trust. Surround yourself with people who encourage your faith and keep Yeshua’s promises at the forefront of your mind. Each verse listed here serves as a Spiritual Weapon against fear and discouragement.

These bible verses about courage remind me that strength comes not from our abilities but from God’s presence and promises. Whether you’re facing a new challenge, a difficult season, or a spiritual battle, let these scriptures strengthen your heart and fill you with unshakable confidence.

MY BOO BOO BEAR

As a lot of you know my sweet Frankie passed on. He was very sick at the end. It was hard to watch him not be able to hike anymore with me. Then it got to the point where he could walk slowly with me around the property. Then to not being able to hold himself up to walk down the stairs to go potty.

The vet we went to was so kind to us all. My hubby and I had to put him down. We could tell he was hurting badly. We had just put our son’s cat down at the end of August. Menorah was with us for 17 years. He was my son’s buddy for all of those years.

Letting Frankie go into Yeshua’s arms was a hard thing to do. But like a sweet young farm girl told me that Frankie is in the safest place he could be now, in heaven with Yeshua. My heart still aches, and I know my husband’s heart does too. Both of the beautiful animals we got to hang out with all those years were our family pets. They both loved all three of us. And we loved them back so much.

I’m going to make a shadow box with Menorah’s paw prints and pictures in it for my son. Then I am going to make a shadow box with Frankies paw prints and pictures in it for my hubby and I to have. I did make dog tag and kitty tag keychains for all three of us too. It’s taking me awhile to get them made. I felt like I lost a child.

How many hours of sleep do I need?

Few experiences rival the calm satisfaction of falling asleep easily and waking up feeling fully rested. But sleep is more than a luxury or idle downtime, it’s a vital biological process that supports nearly every system in your body. It allows your brain to consolidate memories, clear metabolic waste, regulate hormones (menopause) and repair muscle tissue. Your immune system also uses sleep to recharge its defenses. Without it, vital bodily functions would eventually break down, leading to death.

Despite its essential role, many of us aren’t getting enough rest; it’s a shortfall that can quietly erode both physical and mental well-being.

Here’s why sufficient sleep matters, how much you really need and some evidence-based support for better rest.

While getting seven hours of sleep each night is the recommended minimum reports show that more than 1/3 of Americans still don’t get even that amount, “suggesting an ongoing need for public awareness and public education about sleep health.

What are the benefits of extra sleep?

When sleep is cut short or consistently disrupted, nearly every system in the body suffers. That sleeping less than seven hours a night “is associated with greater likelihoods of obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes, coronary heart disease, stroke, frequent mental distress and death.”

Over time, such habits can increase not only total sleep but also the proportion of deep, restorative sleep, so you’re not just in bed longer but actually resting better.

In the end, “sleep often feels like the easiest thing to sacrifice when life gets busy. “But I recommend asking Yeshua/Jesus to help you with your sleep issues. To trust Him more and know that He’s beside you day and night.

SWEET MENORAH

This picture is Menorah and Daisy as buddies.

My son’s cat named Menorah just went home to Yeshua. I got to be buddies with him for two years. My son moved out and moved to Texas with his finance.

It was so hard to let Menorah go. I finally had to pray and ask the Lord if it was time to have him put to sleep. Oh, it hurt down deep in my heart because Menorah was my son’s cat and a huge part of my son’s heart. I have been missing Josiah for two years. I do talk with him sometimes when he’s not so busy.

So, we all went to the vet with Menorah, Josiah was there on the phone and got to say goodbye and tell Menorah that he loves him and can’t wait to see him in heaven someday. I cried and cried I couldn’t stop crying. Dave cried and cried, I didn’t know my husband fell in love with Menorah too. He called him bright eyes. I called Menorah my sweet Menorah oh and I called him fluffy butt too.

I know when I lost my first pet, Charlie, my white beautiful boy. My heart ached and I didn’t think I was going to handle it. But I did. I’ll never forget him. I know he’s with Yeshua. I believe I will see him again. Yes, I’m one of those remnants that believe in my heart that all of my precious pets I will see again in heaven.

Our sweet Menorah kitty that lived for 17 years. Wow! I am so blessed to have known and played with him for all of those years. And I know my son will never forget his best friend, Menorah.
