Dog-Friendly Fall Fun

Here we are playing in the Fall leaves again. My sweet Frankie and Gracie. They are having fun hanging out in the cool crisp Fall air in the mornings together. They are my buddies, and I love them. I am blessed to have them around still. They are getting older; my Frankie has joint issues just like I do. We’re getting through it with Yeshua’s help.

I am excited for more hikes in the woods not far from us. We may not be able to walk as far as we used to. But my dogs so enjoy being outside. I can tell they can’t wait by Frankie sitting in the back of my car with a big smile. Yes, he smiles kind of silly but so cute. And Gracie she’s always putting her chin on my shoulder so happy that I spent time with her.

I am reminded of them both when they were puppies. Wow! My Frankie is my Boo Boo Bear as a nick name and Gracie is my Betty Boop de Boop that’s her nick name. Frankie was such a round little ball of fur as a puppy. And Gracie was a cute and sassy puppy. Like I said I am so blessed. Though sometimes they need attention way too much some days. Kind of like my son needed that attention right now as an only child. My dogs are like two- or three-year-olds. But that’s ok I love them just the way they are. How God made them. It is nice to have my pups, they give me comfort when I’m down. They have so much love to share.

APPLE HARVEST TIME

We had a fun time working at the Apple Harvest Festival at Onalaska. It was hard work getting all of my body products inventoried and put in bins to sell. My hubby came and helped me pack up and unpack all of my products and crafts. I sold a few items, and I pray they were blessed.

When we got to the festival, we noticed that Yeshua blessed us with some Believers in Yeshua there right beside us. They were played worship music and talking to the teens and young adults about Yeshua/Jesus. After we got all set up, I took a lot of time pricing, signage, and making my booth look inviting. All I could think of is my son. He was always with me setting up my booths and even selling my body products.

I got to meet some special ladies at my booth. Some of them actually bought some of my body butters and body sprays. They seemed to have liked my Cherry Blossoms Body Spray. The one gal I remember was a daughter of God. She came into my booth with her shades on and a big smile. She didn’t buy anything, but she talked about what happened to her a few years ago. She was close to a bomb, and she lost a portion of her head and her hearing totally. She is a miracle walking; she does know Yeshua/Jesus. I was so amazed what she had been through. I felt close to her, and I thought probably because I have another warrior sister that had horrible damage to her head from her ex that beat her head on concrete. She’s a miracle too. So, you see were not alone in all of the trauma’s we all been through and are alive to talk about it.

I just wanted to share that with you all. I was blessed beyond measure that day at the Apple Harvest Festival. My hubby and I went to dinner afterwards. We were exhausted and worn out. That’s why I didn’t get my blog post done. Oh, we also went to the farm tours the next day and looked at four different farms. That was fun we learned and got ideas for our farm. Then we went to the Mason Jar dinner with a bunch of people in our community. We enjoyed the couples beside us we talked and especially my hubby talked and talked. We had fun just getting out to meet new people around and we enjoyed each other too.
