Ever felt the pull of solitude, the allure of spending time with your own thoughts and imagination? It’s not weird at all! In fact, many people find that being alone allows them to recharge, reflect, and explore what Yeshua has for their lives. And guess what? People who enjoy being alone often possess these personality traits that set them apart from the crowd.
1. They’re All About Inner Strength and Resilience.
For them, alone time is like their secret training ground for building inner strength and resilience with Yeshua’s guidance. It’s where they go to flex their emotional muscles, you know? When life throws curveballs, they’ve got this uncanny ability to bounce back stronger. It’s like having their very own emotional superpower, and they get all of their power from the ultimate superhero Yeshua/Jesus.
2. They Balance Independence with Meaningful Connections.
Their love for alone time doesn’t mean they’re loners. In fact, they’re pros at balancing independence with meaningful connections. During their solo escapades, they develop a deeper connection with themselves and Yahweh, kind of like mastering the art of self-love themselves through Him. And guess what? This self-love spills over into their relationships with friends and family, making those bonds even more special.
3. Want A Partner? With The Power of God’s Love.
Trust Yeshua to guide you to the right person for you. He will bring someone to come up beside you and treat you like a special person. If he or she walks with Yeshua and can acknowledge you with God’s love.
4. They’re All About Living in the Moment.
When they’re alone, they’re all about soaking up the present moment. It’s like they’ve got a built-in awareness inside to go retreat. They relish the taste of their food, admire the colors of a sunset, and listen to the soothing rhythm of the birds singing in the distance. It’s all about finding peace and contentment in life’s simple pleasures.
5. Their Personal Growth Journey is a Blast.
Alone time is like their personal playground for growth and self-discovery. It’s where they go to push their own boundaries, challenge their beliefs, and become the best versions of themselves that Yeshua wants them to be. They dive into the bible and books that expand their horizons, set personal goals, and embrace new hobbies – all in the spirit of self-exploration. In God’s arms.
6. They’re Thoughtful when it comes to decision-making.
When it’s decision-making time, they’re the pros at making thoughtful choices. Their alone time becomes their own personal time with Yeshua. They weigh the pros and cons, think about the consequences, and make sure their decisions align with their core values of the Bible. It’s all about living an authentic and purposeful life in Christ.
7. Simple Pleasures Are Their Jam.
In their moments of solitude, they find joy in life’s simple pleasures. It’s like they’ve got a treasure chest of small delights. Whether it’s savoring a cup of tea while watching the rain, taking a leisurely stroll in the park, or cozying up with a good book, they’ve mastered the art of finding happiness in the everyday stuff that often goes unnoticed by others. Easygoing and content – that’s their vibe.
8. They’re Cool with Changing Plans on the Fly, most of the Time.
When it comes to flexibility, they’ve got it down. Being comfortable with alone time means they’re totally fine with changing plans on a whim, as long as they get their time alone sometime. It’s like having a “go with the flow” attitude that keeps life exciting. No need for strict itineraries; they’re up for spontaneous adventures and last-minute decisions. Only if they have that quiet time they need with Yeshua at some point.
9. They Savor Quiet Moments.
Alone time is when they truly savor the sound of silence. It’s like their personal spa for the soul and mind. They appreciate the tranquility and peace that comes with solitude. It allows them to recharge and find serenity in a world that’s often bustling with noise and activity.
10. They’re self-motivated.
When they’re on their own, they become self-motivated. It’s like having an inner cheerleader that keeps them going. They set their goals and take the necessary steps to achieve them. Whether it’s tackling a project, hitting the gym, or pursuing a new skill, they’ve got the drive to make things happen. Only when their Lord and Savior Yeshua helps them through it all.
11. They Know How to Enjoy their Own Company.
Spending time alone doesn’t mean feeling lonely for them. They genuinely enjoy their own company. It’s like having the best conversation partner Yeshua ever! They relish in solo activities and find happiness in just being with themselves and God, no external entertainment needed.
12. They recognize the importance of self-care.
Alone time is when they go all-in on self-care. It’s like a personal spa day that happens whenever they want it. They pamper themselves with relaxation, self-reflection, and all the things that make them feel good. It’s their way of ensuring they’re mentally and emotionally recharged in Christ.
13. They don’t hide from their dark side.
When it comes to exploring their own psyche, they’re fearless. Alone time becomes an adventure of self-discovery, with Yeshua showing them how much growing they need to do still. It’s like navigating uncharted territory within themselves. They embrace their quirks, face their fears, and uncover hidden talents. It’s a journey that leads to a better understanding of who they are in Yeshua.
14. They’re always trying new things.
With their alone time, they have the freedom to dive into new interests headfirst. It’s like having a backstage pass to a world of hobbies and passions. They take up new skills, explore different cultures, and dive into hobbies they’ve never considered before. It’s a journey of endless curiosity and growth.
15 They’re Chill About Not Having All the Answers.
They’re totally okay with not having all the answers in life. Alone time teaches them that it’s okay to embrace uncertainty and take things one step at a time with God. It’s like having a constant reminder that life’s mysteries are part of what makes the journey exciting. They’re cool with the process of learning and growing in Christ.
There’s a real beauty in expressing love to your hubby or wifey daily.
It’s more than just saying “I love you”, it’s about showing them through actions and words that they are valued and cherished. Making your partner feel loved every day isn’t about grand gestures or expensive gifts. It’s about the small, consistent acts that show you care. And trust me, there are simple ways to do it that don’t require a lot of time or effort.
I’m going to share with you some ways to make your mate feel loved every day, because loving someone isn’t just a feeling, it’s a choice we make each day with Christ’s help.
1) Daily Affirmations
Words have immense power and can leave a lasting impact. In relationships, the words we speak can build bridges or create walls, which is why daily affirmations are so important.
An affirmation is essentially a positive statement. It’s something you say to your partner to affirm their worth and love in your life. Taking a moment each day to express an affirmation to your partner can make them feel seen, appreciated, and loved.
It can be as simple as saying “I appreciate how hard you work” or “I love that you always make me laugh”.
The key here is sincerity. Your affirmations should be genuine and specific to your partner with Yeshua’s love inside of you.
The goal isn’t to flatter them but to make them feel loved every day. And sometimes, it’s the simple things that can make the biggest difference.
2) Small Acts of Kindness
There’s something truly heartwarming about receiving a small act of kindness from your hubby or wifey. This is something I’ve learned firsthand in my own relationship with my hubby.
One morning, I woke up feeling unwell and it was a busy day for me trying to get my work done. My husband, knowing this, made me breakfast and brought it to our room so I could have a few extra minutes of rest before my day started.
This gesture moved me. It wasn’t grand or expensive, but it made me feel cared for, loved and even noticed. It demonstrated that my hubby was attuned to my needs. Now it doesn’t happen all the time but lately a little more.
Small acts of kindness like these can have a big impact on your husband or wife’s day. It could be making them a cup of coffee in the morning, leaving them a sweet note, or even just doing a chore they dislike.
The key is to be consistent and intentional with these actions. They’re a simple yet powerful way to make your mate feel loved.
3) Physical Touch
Physical touch, when done with love and respect, can communicate volumes to your mate’s.
A hug, a gentle pat on the back, or holding hands while walking can create a sense of intimacy and connection that words sometimes fail to convey.
Don’t underestimate the power of a loving touch. It’s a simple gesture that can make your partner feel loved and connected each day.
4) Active Listening
We all know that communication is key in any relationship. But, sometimes, it’s not just about the talking, it’s about the listening. Active listening is when you fully focus on your mate when they’re speaking, making a conscious effort to understand their message.
This means no distractions, no interruptions, and certainly no planning your response while they’re still talking.
When you actively listen to your hubby or wifey, you’re showing them that their thoughts and feelings matter to you. It can help build trust, avoid misunderstandings, and make your partner feel truly loved. When your mate is sharing their day or expressing their feelings, take a moment to really listen. It’s a simple way to show your love every day.
5) Surprise Them
Surprise and novelty can bring a lot of joy and excitement in a relationship.
Now, I’m not talking about surprising your hubby with a trip to Paris (though that would be amazing!). I’m talking about small, unexpected gestures that show your mate you’re thinking of them.
It could be cooking their favorite meal when they’ve had a tough day, or surprising them with tickets to a movie they’ve been wanting to see.
These surprises don’t have to be grand or expensive. The real value lies in the thought and effort you put into planning something special for your wife or husband.
Surprises can break the daily routines and make your mate feel loved and cherished always. May Yeshua/Jesus Bless You All Indeed!

A Prayer to Soothe an Anxious and Worried Heart: “Dear Lord Yeshua, I thank you that I can come to You always for any reason. I’m grateful that when I pray to You, you answer me. Help me to come to You at the beginning of my fears and anxieties instead of waiting until I can’t stand them anymore. The quicker I come to You the better. You want to free me from ALL my fears. Help me look to You for help more often so that I can be radiant with Your joy. In Jesus’ Name I pray.
Whether it is a small, slow build of anxious thoughts over time or a sudden event that causes panic, everyone faces moments of anxiety. Yet, we do not all experience anxiety the same. You may be struggling with invading thoughts of worry that distract you from everyday activities, you may experience sudden and rapid breathing, or you may be finding it difficult to have a reason to get of bed.
No matter what you feel overwhelmed or stressed about – God provides a way of escape. You are not alone.
1 Peter 5:6 and 10 tell us “Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you…he will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.”
When the world feels out of control, you can turn to prayer to focus and calm our thoughts on God’s promises. Praying is an effective way to surrender your worries and fears to Yeshua and replace them with His peace.
If you are struggling to find the words to pray in moments of worry and depression. Feel free to personalize these and make them your own. The good news is you don’t need to be eloquent with words, God knows your heart! Just share your struggles with Him and ask for help.
One of the best ways to defeat anxiety is with thanksgiving and praise. While you open up to God about your worries, spend some time verbalizing what you are grateful for. Watch the powerful way that Yeshua/Jesus is able to comfort you and give you peace for your anxious thoughts as you lean on him.
Short Prayers for Anxiety
Here are some quick, short prayers you can use in the moment when you feel your thoughts begin to spin with worry and fear.
Prayer for Heavy Heart
Lord Yeshua, I want to lay before you all that weighs heavy on my heart. Reveal even the sin I am not aware of, Lord. I lay these at your feet and pray your forgiveness on me. I believe you when you say that you wash us whiter than snow. Thank you, Lord, for your unending love for me! Help me start fresh right now to make choices that honor you. In Yeshua’s Name.
Prayer for Patience
Let nothing disturb you, let nothing frighten you, all things are passing away: God never changes. Patience obtains all things. Whoever has God lacks nothing; God alone suffices.
Calmness Prayer
Father God, my mind and heart are racing. My thoughts feel so overwhelming, and I cannot seem to see the end. I can’t stop thinking about these problems and I feel trapped. Calm me, Lord. Give my mind peace and my body physical rest. Help me to trust in You.
Prayer to Release Stress
Lord Yeshua, I try so hard to take control of my problems and it only creates more stress. Help me try remembering that when I am weak, you are strong. I need to remember that my “what if’s” are an opportunity to release my worries to you and let your strength and comfort restore my soul.
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” – Matthew 11:28
“Peace, I leave with you; my peace I give you” – John 14:27
“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” – Philippians 4:6-7
A Prayer for Anxiousness
Lord Jesus, the stresses in my life often reach a dangerous proportion or so it seems. My body, mind, and spirit struggle to keep up physically, mentally, and yes, spiritually. Some days anxiety stalks me like a deceitful predator, and the temptation to worry draws me in. In those moments of apprehension, help me remember that I belong to You, and that You are not the author of fear or anxiety, but the giver of love and a sound mind. Teach me Your ways to respond to problems by giving thanks in them. Your Word assures me that You are always there with me.
You are the Blessed Controller of all things, and nothing escapes Your attention in my life. You have given me every tool and spiritual blessing to fight against those things that try to steal my peace. You’ve promised that when I’m stressed and burdens are trying to weigh me down, I can come to You. You will give me sweet rest!
A Prayer to Battle Depression
Yeshua, help me to see if there is something physical that is causing my depression. Help me to sift through my circumstances to see if there is a need for change in some way. If I am experiencing depression as a result of a spiritual battle, please bring that to light and show me the best way to fight that battle. Today I surrender my depression to you and ask that you give me power and peace to win this battle once and for all. When my thoughts begin to spiral, may your promises and blessings bring healing. In Yeshua’s Name, I Pray.
Praying Over Anxiety
Father God, whether the anxiety stems from work, parenting, finances, physical issues, or even world conditions, you are there, Lord, to shoulder the weight. Teach me to recognize the stressful trials as tools for you to shape me and rearrange me. Through those difficult times, you will teach me patience, enlarge my faith, and help me see things I couldn’t see earlier, if I will only let You. When I’m clueless as to what to do, Lord, I want to turn to you first, not last.
Yeshua, forgive me for trying to handle things on my own, Lord. The need to be in control sometimes gets a stronghold on my life. That only makes things worse. I want to trust You more and see things from Your perspective, not my own. No one makes me feel uptight, angry, or stressed, and no one forces me to react negatively. I choose to respond according to my beliefs. Do I believe you are in control? Do I believe you created all things and hold all things in Your Hand? Do I believe you are truly good? When an anxious thought creeps in, help me to stop and relax, to take that thought captive, and to turn apprehension into a calm prayer for deliverance. Revamp my belief system, Lord. Show me a new way to handle life according to Your Way. In Yeshua’s name.
Dear Yeshua, no matter what issues I am dealing with; no matter how big the problems or situations, I’m laying them all at Your feet today. Turn these potentials for stress into lessons for growth and trust. When I can’t see any possible solutions, I choose to believe that You are working things out for my good—in Your own time, as you have in the past. Show me what to do, or what not to do. As I focus on You, remembering Your promises and Your words, I believe you will fill me with a peace that is beyond all understanding. In Yeshua’s Name.
A Prayer to Reduce Fear
Dear Lord, you know that we live in a crazy and chaotic world. You also know my struggles in my daily life. When life gets to be too much, please help me come to you. Calm my thoughts and emotions and open my heart to your peace, comfort, and wisdom. Help me not to live in fear. Please reduce the feelings of fear and anxiety that plague me. Help me rest in You and trust You as I navigate through this broken world. In Your name I pray, Yeshua.
A Prayer for Stress
Lord, thank you that you want us to cast our cares on you. Thank you that there is nowhere I can go that you are not there with me. Thank you for having a hold of my life, even as I feel like everything is crumbling around me. In Your Name Yeshua.
Lord, I confess that I have let stress take a hold of my life, rather than You. I have let stress control my mood, my attitudes and my actions. Lord, I repent of this! Please Father, help me see what is stressful in my life and hand it over to You. Help me not let the stress win out. Help me actively think on Your goodness to me. In Yeshua’s Name.
Yeshua, I am so hopeful for my eternity with you, Lord, where there will be NO more stress! Help me look back on all the ways You have rescued me from my stressful moments and look in hope to the future where You will one day rid all stress, forever. Help me live boldly in the truth of Your goodness and power today. Thank You, Lord. In Jesus’ Name.
Praying Through An Anxiety Attack
Lord Yeshua, Help me! I am so frightened and afraid. Be near to me and help me feel your presence. Surround me with protection. Holy Spirit, settle my racing heart and mind. Help me breathe out – Abba Father — and breathe in — I belong to you. Your peace surpasses all understanding, this I know. Please give me this peace now. Abba Father – I belong to you. Abba Father – I belong to you.
Lord, thank you that no matter what my mind or body tell me, the truth is I am your child, forever loved, forever protected, forever held fast by you. I love you Jesus. Thank you.
A Prayer for When the World Makes You Anxious
Dear Yeshua, I am prone to worry. I let the happenings of the world, the elections and the economy sit heavy on me. I need to find your peace. I invite you to restructure my thinking. May my hope be you. May my peace be you. May you help love flow out from me. Give me clarity. May I change what I am able to change and release what I can’t. May I know that the greatest joy is staying where you are. God, thank you that you have the whole world in your hands. I need not fear because you are the best manager, orchestrator and caretaker. You made it all. I believe in your plan. In Yeshua’s Name.
A Prayer to Stop Worrying and Calm Your Mind
“Dear Father Yahweh, I admit that I often forget that you are with me. I often forget what you’re like. Would you please forgive me for that? I need to get to know you better. I need to get to know your Word and your promises better. Help me to put you first in every area of my life. Help me to live one day at a time. Help me to not worry about tomorrow but instead focus on what you’re doing in my life right now. I want to trust in your promise to take care of every one of my needs — financial, relational, physical, social, spiritual, and emotional. Help me to trust you more and worry less. I pray in Yeshua’s Name.
Prayer to Cast Cares and Trust God
Dear Father in Heaven, so much in my life is broken. I have so many concerns and cares, and they weigh me down. While I desire to cast my cares upon You, I find I usually pick them back up again, and they only add more anxiety and stress. Please help me learn to cast my cares on You as I learn what it means to rest and trust in You. In Jesus’ Name.
A Prayer to Focus on God
Lord, you are a good God with good intentions behind all the works of your hands. Help me see the areas where I’ve allowed lies to be sewn into my life. Once they are revealed, help me to hand them over to you and allow you to remove them from my life completely. I ask that once they are removed you would then fill the newly freed spaces with the truths of your word. In the midst of anxiety, help me always look to you. In Yeshua’s Name.
When You Feel Alone
Dear God, thank you that you see us right where we are, in the midst of our pain and struggle, in the middle of our desert land. Thank you that you have not forgotten us and never will. Forgive us for not trusting you, for doubting your goodness, or not believing you’re really there. We choose to set our eyes on you today. We choose joy and peace when the whispered lies come and say that we should have no joy or peace.
Thank you that you care for us and your love over us is so great. We confess our need for you. Fill us fresh with your Spirit, renew our hearts and minds in your truth. We ask for your hope and comfort to continue to heal our hearts where they’ve been broken. Give us the courage to face another day, knowing that with you before us and behind us, we have nothing to fear. In Yeshua’s Name, I Pray.
Prayer to Stop Overwhelming Worry
Lord Yeshua, it’s so easy to fall into worry. When my fears are reverberating in my mind, help me stop trying to fix everything myself. Teach me to turn to You in prayer, trust You to be in charge and let Your peace reign over me. In Jesus’ Name.
To Trust in Difficult Circumstances
Lord God, I know you are here. I trust in Your presence, your power, your goodness, and your complete control over everything I’m facing. Help me walk through the questions, assured of Your answers, even though they’re still unclear to me. I know one day King Yeshua will appear as the “Faithful and True” (Revelation 19:11), riding a powerful white horse and fully revealing His authority. And I know that even now, when I don’t understand all the answers, I have You with me, and that is all that matters. Please give me increasing eyes of faith to trust what You are doing, even and especially when I don’t understand. I love You and I trust you, and I pray these things in Yeshua’s Worthy Name.
Prayer for Peace in Uncertainties
Father Yahweh, we live in a world where peace is almost a foreign word. But in reading Your Word we find the peace that passes understanding and we can rely on You to see us through whatever our days may hold. Thank You for being our Peace in all the uncertainties. In Jesus’ Name.
Prayer for Peace and Relief
Lord Yeshua, today I pray that You would help me exchange my attempts at escape and relief for Your perfect peace. I pray that You would give me wisdom in my decisions and use them to bring harvest of righteousness in my life. Today, Lord, I choose to trust You and Your peace as my guard. Teach me to cast all my anxiety on You, because I know you care for me. In Jesus’ Name.
To Sleep Worry Free
Lord Yeshua, I’ve shouldered my cares as if I’m the one in control. Help me become like a child, handing all my stresses, worries and responsibilities to You, my Faithful Father. I trust you. In Yeshua’s Name.
When You Don’t Know What to Do
Dear Lord, I praise You for being a sovereign God. You are in control. I don’t have to be. When I don’t know what to do, Lord, thank You that I can ask You for wisdom and guidance. A Prayer for Others Who Are Hurting and Troubled
Dear God, our world is hurting and broken. We pray for those who have lost loved ones this week, please comfort them in their grief and loss, cover them with your peace and presence, as only your Spirit can do.
We know that in whatever we face, you are our Peace and Refuge, a very present help in times of trouble. Thank you that you remind us throughout your Word, we do not face the storms alone, but you are always with us. Whispering calm. Speaking peace. Bringing rest to our souls.

Forgive us for picking back up what we already determined to lay down at your feet. Give us the ability to trust you more, give us a heart that finds rest in your presence, give us the wisdom to seek peace and pursue it, remembering it’s only to be found in you alone.
Thank you that your yoke is easy, and your burden is light. Thank you that you care for us. Thank you that the peace of your loving and strong presence guards and protects our hearts and minds in you. Thank you that we do not have to walk in fear or live in overwhelmed cycles of worry and stress.
Thank you for your voice that breaks through the greatest wind and storm swirling around us, and whispers “Peace, be still.” Thank you that you sent your One and Only Son to set us free. In the Mighty Name of Yeshua, I Pray.
A Prayer to End the Day
Yeshua, we ask for your huge peace to surround us tonight, all of us who feel restless and worried right now, those who have been carrying big burdens and shouldering stress. Help us to lay it down before you, again, even though we’re struggling to really let go. Remind us that you can carry it so much better than we ever could. May your power and your rest fill us fresh. May the presence of your Spirit breathe hope deep into our souls, even as we sleep.
We ask that you would provide for our needs, even as we sleep. We pray for your huge grace and favor. We thank you that you never sleep or slumber, that you’re always at work, even in the dark of night, even behind the scenes where we can’t fully see. We pray for your blessings to cover us, that you would make every plan you’ve birthed in our hearts to succeed at just the right time. We pray that you’d be opening doors, clearing pathways, closing the wrong roads, and setting up our way for tomorrow.

Help me to stop trying to outrun my pain but rather run with endurance the race you have set before me. I know that because of you I am ultimately a victor over the trials in my life. I know that nothing in this world can separate me from your steadfast love. Please give me a measure of your love today; give me the strength to endure this trial. Thank you for your love for me that never ends! And thank you for the crown of joy that awaits me forever in your New Kingdom! In Your Name.

Stop letting people drag you into needless arguments. Never waste your time trying to explain yourself to people who have proven that they are committed to misunderstanding you. And don’t define your intelligence or self-worth by the number of arguments you have won, but by the number of times you have said, “This needless nonsense is not worth my time!
Stop letting people drown you with their negativity. Positivity is a choice. Choose wisely. Be smart enough to walk away from the negativity around you. It is never worth your while, ever, to engage in senseless drama.
Stop letting people make you feel ashamed of your scars. Scars remind us that our past is real, and that we have grown beyond it. Every scar has a story. Don’t be afraid to tell it and own it.
Stop listening to those who berate you for your honest mistakes. – To grow strong and wise, you must have the courage to make mistakes. Allow yourself to be a beginner. No one starts off being excellent.
Stop letting others blind you from YOUR truth. – Today, the only person you should try to be better than is the person you were yesterday. Prove yourself to yourself, not others. You want to be more like Christ.
Stop letting people bully you. Bullying is not OK. Period. There is no freedom on Earth that gives someone the right to assault who you are as a person. Sadly, some people just won’t be happy until they’ve pushed yourself worth to the ground and stomped on it. What you have to do is have the nerve to stand your ground. Don’t give them any leeway. Nobody has the power to make you feel small unless you give them that power. This is so true.
Stop letting friends be untrue to you. What is a true friend? Someone who loves you just the way you are, but still inspires you to be a better person. Be a true friend to others and keep only true friends and sisters in the Lord close to you.
Stop letting the same people lie to you over and over again. If someone fools you once, shame on them. If someone fools you twice, shame on you. If you catch someone lying to you, speak up. Some people will lie to you repeatedly in a vicious effort to get you to repeat their lies over and over until they effectively become true. Don’t partake in their nonsense. Don’t let their lies be your reality.
Stop letting people take advantage of you. Sometimes people don’t notice the things we do for them until we stop doing them. This is NOT right! Realize this. You deserve better. You deserve to be with people who make you smile, friends who don’t take you for granted, friends and sisters in Christ who won’t leave you hanging.
Stop letting people treat you like a back-up plan. Don’t settle to simply be someone’s downtime, spare time, part time, or sometime. If they can’t reliably be there for you when you need them most, they’re not worth your time.
Stop letting the wrong people get between you and the right ones. Don’t let the people who refuse to love you keep you from the people who do love you. Spend time with those who make your world a little brighter simply by being in it. Someday you will either regret not doing so, or you will say, “I’m glad I did.”
Stop letting hateful people motivate you to hate them back. As regardless of how despicable another has acted, never let hate build in your heart. Fighting hatred with hatred only hurts you more. When you decide to hate someone, you automatically begin digging two graves: one for your enemy and one for yourself.
Stop letting people leave grudges in your mind. Remember, the first to apologize is the bravest. The first to forgive is the strongest. The first to move forward is the happiest. Always. Keep your mind on Yeshua/Jesus.
Stop letting people use your past to poison your present. Life is too short to tirelessly struggle with old news and those who refuse to let it go. Some people cannot stand that you’re moving on with your life and so they will try to drag your past to catch up with you. Do not help them by acknowledging their behavior. Keep moving forward. Practice acceptance and forgiveness. Letting go of the past is your first step to happiness.
Stop letting people convince you that change is a bad thing. The things we can’t change often end up changing us. This change happens for a reason. Roll with it. It won’t be easy, but it will be worth it in the end.
Stop letting people steer you away from meaningful pursuits. If you can smile when no one else is around, you really mean it. So don’t let other people get between you and the ideas and activities that truly move you.
Stop letting people dump on your dreams. Choose Life! Life will test you to see how serious you are about pursuing a particular path. And sooner or later you may face negative feedback from others. When this happens, remember not to let anyone crush your spirit. If you are passionate about something, pursue it, no matter what anyone else thinks. That’s how dreams are achieved.
Stop letting naysayers talk you out of putting in the extra effort. Hard times often lead to greatness. Keep the faith. It will be worth it in the end. The beginnings to great things are always the hardest.
Stop letting people convince you of their quick-fix schemes. –Anything worth achieving takes time and dedicated effort. I do believe that praying to Yeshua/Jesus changes things in your life.
Stop letting people tell you that you need more to be happy. – Thankfulness is the start of happiness. Be sure to appreciate what you’ve got. Be thankful for the little things in life that mean a lot.
